In November
we made our way down to Chiefland, FL to
Manatee Springs State Park for the
DUI Dog
Rally and Demo Days. Sara has been fortunate enough to dive dry for
the last couple of years and now it's Scott's turn. Before we went,
Scott was pretty certain he knew which drysuit he wanted (the TLS 350) but
he wanted to test dive the suits to find the best fit. We spent two
days in the springs (Scott dove the Catfish Hotel cave both days) with Scott
test diving and Sara enjoying the company of other divers. Scott left
knowing he would buy the TLS350 and found out what size would give him the
best "cave cut" and Sara left relaxed (and, let's face it, ready to dive
again).
As usual, we had a great time in
central Florida and even made our way to our favorite restaurant each night
- Floyd's Diner in High Springs. The Dog Rally was again well worth
the journey. If you are ever looking to buy a drysuit, test diving
them at a Dog Rally is definitely the way to go. |
